Thanks to James Price and "gamoreno" at ucdavis for leads to buoy data
on Georgian Bay Ontario.  Because I was interested in Environment Canada
buoys I didn't think
to look at NOAA, but NOAA's Great Lakes CoastWatch stores buoy data for
several
Canadian sites, including the very buoy I was interested in. I was able
to obtain what I needed from there.
